Every meaningful journey begins with a simple idea: that together, we can make a difference.
Our team is made up of three people – Nima, Suresh and Yvonne – from very different backgrounds and different parts of the world. We speak with different accents, grew up in different cultures, and today live in different countries. Two of us are based in Brighton, England, while the third member lives in Germany.
What brought us together was not where we come from – it was what we believe in.

Our shared conviction is that kindness, compassion, and the willingness to help others are values that transcend borders, cultures, languages, and backgrounds. They remind us that humanity is far greater than the things that divide us.
The friendship between our two founders in England spans more than 30 years. Over the decades, they have shared countless experiences, challenges, and successes. Today, that friendship has grown into something even bigger: a common vision of creating opportunities for people who need support.
Our third team member joined this journey from Germany, proving that distance is no longer a barrier to meaningful collaboration. In today’s connected world, people do not need to live in the same city – or even the same country – to work together for a common purpose. We hope our organisation serves as a small reminder that not everything about modern life is negative. Technology has given us the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and create positive change across borders.
At Almond Moon, we believe that every project has the potential to improve someone’s life, no matter how big or small it may seem. Whether it is supporting education, accessibility, healthcare, or other charitable initiatives, our goal is always the same: to make a real and lasting difference.
This is only the beginning of our journey.
